Breaks of 3 to 5 nights attract a tapered surcharge, from 30% for three nights down to 10% for five nights.
Arrival time is 4pm and departure time is 10am, unless agreed otherwise with the owner at the time of booking.
The maximum stay at any one time is 21 days.
